I was you,
not that long ago.

Lifelong nerd. Sedentary through most of my 20s. Got so frustrated by the clout-chasing nonsense online that I went and got qualified to do it properly, first for myself, then for people like us.

Psychology degree. Years of teaching. A back that gave me hell for years, fixed it myself. I know how the body works, and I know why people struggle to stay consistent. Usually it is not discipline, it is the wrong system.

I am a competitive powerlifter, a DM, and someone who refuses to make fitness my whole personality - despite working in gyms for over 5 years.
